Being a mentor gives me the opportunity to meet new people and help others. It is rewarding to provide advice when needed, provide resources, and be someone to talk to. To pursue our dreams, we must have goals, which is why I started the mentoring program. Positive, supportive relationships with people who share our interests and can help us stay focused are necessary for achieving those dreams.

I am the founder and CEO of The HRQUEEN LLC, which offers career counseling and coaching to employees and job seekers. My experience in human resources and people management spans over 15 years. Creating a dynamic, interactive learning environment is something that I am passionate about. My daughter (15) and son (3) are the center of my life and keep me grounded, energized and focused.
